The management of Southcreek Office Park strives to be accessible and attentive to all of our tenants’ needs. If you have a question or concern, you may call us at 913.685.4100 or send us a message on our contact page – or just come by our office at 7200 West 132nd Street, Suite 300 during office hours, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Property Management Services:
Our Property Management Team should be contacted for any and all items that fall under the categories of maintenance or services. We will gladly coordinate the timely arrival of an appropriate subcontractor to resolve your maintenance issues. In addition, any questions you may have regarding other services available within the park can also be directed through the Property Management Team.
Your request will be responded to quickly and efficiently, as it is our goal to provide the best services possible for our tenants.

Accounting Questions: Our accounting Department will be pleased to assist you with any questions you may have regarding rental payments, billing questions, and various other facets of accounting, as they relate to your tenancy at the park.
