Now that the weather is cooling off, it is a perfect time of year to start participating in some outdoor runs, especially with so many good causes to race for! Check out the Noble Warriors 5K, a race that will benefit the Wounded Warriors Project and is part of a series of runs from the Patriots’ Run club that includes the 9/11 Patriots’ Run, Patriots’ Run Afghanistan, Chocolate Rush and Martini Madness—The Olive Run. The Wounded Warriors Project is an organization with a threefold aim:
- To raise awareness and enlist the public’s help for the needs of injured service veterans,
- To help these injured service members aid and assist one another, and
- To provide unique, direct services and programs to help meet the needs of injured veterans.
