The first annual Lenexa Bridal Show was a great opportunity for brides to design their dream wedding in an intimate and informational setting. Wedding businesses offered selections of beautiful flower arrangements, delicious treats, and other innovative ideas to help brides plan for their big day, including an Any Occasion Photobooth that attendees could test out at the show.
While shopping, guests enjoyed food, drinks, entertainment, fashion, free giveaways and pampering for the brides. Some of the giveaways included free samples and a chance to win fabulous door prizes, as well as a 10-percent discount for any bride who booked a wedding or reception at the Lenexa Conference Center during the event, a show special offered by Lenexa Parks and Recreation. This wedding venue is actually a restored barn, which creates an intimate space that is perfect for those looking for setting with a unique modern and rustic blend.
The event took place on Sunday, February 26, 2012, from 11 am to 4 pm at the Lenexa Conference Center, located at 11184 Lackman Rd., Lenexa KS 66219. Admission was free to all who registered by February 23rd, or $5 at the door. The event was successful for its debut: 33 vendors set up booths and a good crowd came to enjoy a day of shopping and wedding preparation.
